Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps

Overall, it was okay, a little too mushy with the family angle, but the dramatization of tanking stocks through insider-trading and rumor-spreading kept things simple enough to follow.

Wasn't too invested in Carey Mulligan's performance as Gordon Gecko's daughter, nor Shia Labeouf's performance as Jacob, the guy who might be Gordon's future son-in-law.  But Michael Douglas plays Gordon like he never left the role 20+ years ago.

Oliver Stone needs to resist the urge to show up in cameos in his own films.

I give it 2.75 stars, or a grade of B-.
