Jackie Chan seems to be grabbing for The Rock's family-friendly coattail crumbs, as he plays a recently retired Chinese secret agent who has fallen in love with a divorcee with 3 children, and he does his level best to win them over, while being re-involved with some dastardly world takeover plot by some thinly drawn bad guys.
As always, the outtakes at the end always bring the funny, sadly, you have to sit through the film to get there.
I give it 2 stars, or a grade of C.
